With special welding techniques,our unfired brick machine is made by super-strong steel, so it is solid and shake endure.
Integrated vibration and synchronized vibration mode will let the machine realize optimal vibration effect.
It adopts four-pole orienting mode and long abrasion-resistant guide bush, so the precise movement of the mold and pressure head will be guaranteed.
Adopting orienting operation mode, the conveyer box can decrease the mode load and the optimal conveyance will be realized.
The hydraulic system uses imported hydraulic originals imported from Taiwan, Japan and Germany.
High output and excellent density can realize immediate palletization.
The machine has excellent energy-saving quality and it belongs to energy-saving machines. It uses high emission hydraulic pump and the system can move quickly. It does not need drying in the sun, so avoid the shortcomings of labor and large ground in sun. The cost of splint purchase is also saved. The cost of every brick is reduced about 1-2 fen.
